    Cockroaches climbing on the wall where we were sitting food was terrible would never go back and line for restrooms were down the length of the room

    We recently dined at this restaurant near Radio City. The location is convenient for catching a show. The space lacks any special ambience. It was very crowded and loud during our visit. We had a reservation made a few weeks in advance but still had to wait 30 minutes to get a table. After we got our table, the service was fast, but it fell short in terms of professionalism. As for the food, it was hit or miss. The burger was well made but arrived cold, and the side of brussels sprouts was disappointing. On the brighter side, we enjoyed the chicken wings and Caesar salad, and the milkshake was both fun and delicious. The cocktails, however, were inconsistent—some were great, while others not. Given the relatively high prices, we expected a more polished experience. That said, the convenient location and quicker service once seated did allow us to make it to our show on time. If you decide to visit, I highly recommend making a reservation.

    We went on a Friday early dinner after Christmas so I know it’s very busy and that was to be expected, but service was subpar, and food was just okay. Not sure I would give it another try during non-holiday season.
