   I’ve been coming to this location since 2018 and eat there a lot this was the first time the chef was horrible and the service was trash

   Seating was delayed even though reservations were made. Server had too many tables and was unable to assist as needed.

   Benihana has become too expensive. The now charge the equivalent of a high end steak or seafood restaurant. They are at risk of pricing themselves out of business.

   We had a reservation that was not honored. We waited 30 minutes. Food was not good at all. Service was very slow

   We waited 90 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes to receive drinks or any food. Our server was lovely and our chef was great although it felt rushed. Two members of our party had to leave because they had an early start the next day and she was the reason for our reservation. Some of the food items seemed like the recipe was different - the soup was very salty and the two dipping sauces were different. Considering our bill was still $400, it was overall a disappointing evening. The waiting area is also way too small so we stood around with a LOT of other people. A nice seating area where people could get a drink would be a nice addition. Finally, considering we had two birthdays to celebrate, I was disappointed to not get our photo as in previous visits. I didn’t realize until the end when 2 of our party had left, that we should have asked for a photo.

   The food was excellent but the service was not. I made a reservation for 7 (for 3 people) and was not sat until 8p. Then it took 30 minutes for the service to even begin was seated. From seating to getting our check took 2 hours and most of it was waiting. We were checked on one time for drink refills in 2 hours.

   Had a reservation and waited 45 minutes to be seated. Server did not come around for another 15 minutes. Was there for a total of three hours. Food was not as good as previous. Service was terrible.. Had to ask multiple times for water refills. Soup bowls left on the table pretty much the entire dinner. Server forgot to bring our salads after the soup course. I had to go ask the manager to bring our salads out. I’ve been there multiple times, but don’t know if I’ll be going back. Food prices have also significantly gone up. Not worth it. Very disappointed.

   The food and experience was great. The delay 45 mins past my reservation time to be seated was not. We made reservations at 630 and didn’t actually have food on our plate until 820. Get it together
