   Too long a wait after reservation time with very limited waiting space for guests. Food, service, and presentation were excellent.

   Coming to Benihana’s is supposed to be a fun experience. Not only do you come for the food but for the entertainment. Our chef was not fun or entertaining at all. We asked to to do tricks but he didn’t do anything. I was disappointed. And we brought friends that never been before, and we told them how great it is. Needless to say it wasn’t and the food was oversalted

   Really good but I expected a bit more food. Still overall recommend to anyone. And will definitely return more often!

   A reservation doesn’t mean anything on a Friday night. We weren’t seated until 40 mins after our reservation. They were so busy, the show was rushed and they were just trying to get through the food cooking.

   Wait was an additional 40 mins after our reservation. Waited an additional 30mins for chef to get to the table. Food was ok at best

    We had reservations on NYE and it was our only family plans for the evening. We arrived at our reservation time and they told us at least another hour. That would have been 9:30pm. This was unacceptable, why take reservations that you can’t serve. Then we were stuck because everywhere else was booked on New Year’s Eve, so we had nowhere to go on this holiday that we thought we had planned. Terrible terrible experience
