   Chef Eric was amazing! Everything tasted just right. We felt like there wasn't enough air flow so the air quality was not so good.

   The reservation was at 6:45pm but we had still had to wait 30 minutes before being seated. By the time we got any food it was nearly 8pm. The service and food was good but the wait time ruins it. Why have a reservation system if you still have to wait for a table.

   The menu really shouldn't say "Fill menu available upon request" if it's really not available upon request. I truly have never had a bad experience until this last time and we're frequent Benihana customers, especially at this location. We checked in early for our reservation and had all of the party present but another family who just walked in and checked in after us got seated before us, not a big of a deal, We sat down and asked for the full menu and were denied the full menu. I'm not sure if our chef was new, or just not happy to be there that early in the morning but he was lacking personality and tricks . He didn't really engage with us and he switched the steaks around , gave New York strip to 2 of our guest s that ordered filet mignon and then under cooked the steak for one of our guests that requested well done. The food lacked flavor that I usually look forward to when coming here Overall it was overpriced and underwhelming.

   Everything was excellent! Yes, there is a wait, but that is normal at all the Benihanas, even with a reservation. Be patient, all good times are worth the wait.

   The food is always great but we had a new chef who was super cool but the food were prepared at all different times than normal. The onions were the first thing to go on the cooktop after chef arrived and were the last things to be served on everyone's plates. The host warned us they were running behind after checking in with our reservation but we did not get a chef untill 90 minutes from walking in. We missed our movie and another couple at our table was desperately scrambling at the end to make their movie. We will heed the warnings next time and go somewhere else.
