   6:15 reservation, seated at 7:45, no food until 8:30. Only 1/2 of the appetizers came out. Yes, it was Christmas but they clearly overbooked and then had a “special expensive menu” and not nearly enough servers or chefs to provide even poor service. Would not return.

   While the food was delicious and our hibachi chef was fantastic, it seems pretty evident the restaurant overbooked their reservations. Our reservation was for 6:00 PM and we were seated at 6:45. Our hibachi chef came to the table just after 7:00. There were other parties there who were seated over an hour after their reservation time and tables near us who were seated before us but whose hibachi chef came to their table after ours did. We very much enjoyed our food; however, the overall experience was certainly negatively impacted by the stressful vibe surrounding us. Hoping Benihana PM makes some changes to their reservation/seating model, particularly on Christmas Day.

   6 PM reservation on Christmas Day. We arrived on time—and was seated 45 minutes later. That was the norm for the holiday. Besides that, all was very good.

   Really enjoyed dinner and the staff was amazing!! Especially Robert… couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!!!

   Eight of enjoyed dinner here for the first time on Christmas Day and were pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and decent considering that the restaurant was packed. Our chef, Hy was great - no overdone theatrics - but he was social and pleasant and the meal he prepared for us was absolutely delicious! The portions were very generous and the meal was a good value too!

   The food is always good here. But our reservation was at 7:15 and we weren’t done with dinner until 10pm. We waited over an hour for our chef to come. In that time another chef came and took our rice bowls and dipping bowls so when our chef came he didn’t have everything he needed and we didn’t get our sauces until after we started eating. We didn’t not get our tea and almost didn’t get our dessert. We did receive 20% off of our bill, but only after we said something to the staff multiple times. This is not the first time this has happened here. There seems to not be enough chefs and/or staff at this location.

   We had a reservation at 6:45 was not seated until 715 and then after we were seated wewaited 30 minutes for service and another 20 minutes to place an order for food

   The overall experience was great, it was a great place for kids to celebrate birthdays. It is pricey but hassle-free.

   Started off great. Got seated as soon as we checked in. Waitress was very slow and hardly ever appeared. My husband’s meal was perfect. Mine was missing the sauce in the NAME avocado tartar; and they didn’t even put my daughter’s order in until we asked where it was after everyone was done eating and the waitress took after dinner tea orders. I asked for her dessert to be packed to go- chocolate ice cream. They brought vanilla and not packed. The chicken was so greasy her fingers were dripping wet. Will not be returning.

    Good overall experience..my server was super cool. Noisy kid next to my table but other than that..all went well.
