   The hibachi table experience is always fun. We were a party of 9 and felt a little crammed. AJ gave us a great show and our server was very attentive.

   If you have a reservation, don’t expect to be seated at that time. This is our second time visiting this location (and it will be our last) and it hasn’t gotten any better. Our reservation was for 7:45; we served at 7:30 and we were seated at 8:30. Hostess was not pleasant when asked how much longer it would be, and there were a lot of folks asking. It was 9:45 when we left. The food was good but the chef forgot I was allergic to mayonnaise and gave me yum yum sauce anyway (after just confirming “no yum yum for you!”). Our server was nice and tried her best to keep up. They need to spread out their reservations more. Clearly every 15 minutes doesn’t work.

   The food & service was great, however we had to wait over an hour past our res time to be seated and it was freezing at our table. Everyone had to be in their coats to be comfy, and the staff apologized for not being able to control it, since the hotel controlled the temp. The show was impressive and the staff were friendly and on top of everything… but the wait and discomfort during dining due to the temperature was a real downer.

    KC was our server and let me tell ya, she is a hustler, patient, efficient and a personable server. If there were only more servers like her, restaurants would be run smoothly. The food was good, but not as good as other hibachi places. The chef had an odd way of serving the food where we each got our entree at a different time (which I understand when you order a different protein, but some were eating and others were not) and then we received the onions last. Just odd. My scallops were overdone because it was the first item he placed on grill, but neglected to put on the side to discontinue cooking. The lady who sat next to me had a seafood combo and she received all her food first yet her seafood was on the grill after mine. I didn’t mind waiting but not if the scallops were being overcooked.
