   I Had a reservation at 9, was not seated until 9:45, and was not served at all. I ended up leaving about 11:15 when they told me another chef wouldnt come out for another 15 minutes when i had another reservation at a different place at 11. Really messed up my birthday highly upset

   What’s the point of booking a reservation when you have to wait over an hour to sit down, its like they put you on the walk up list when you show up

   Had reservations for 6:00pm got there checked in on time did not get seated until after 7:10pm then set at the table for 20mins and never even got a drink order so I had to end up walking out and finding somewhere else to eat

   The waitress was fantastic and your cook was very skilled and made our grandchild very happy with the volcano and smoke on onion stack. Thanks for a great birthday celebration!!

   Found a long black hair in my salad and took quite some time to be seated even after we made reservations and checked in 20 minutes before. We were basically told they were waiting for more people to fill the table. Altogether 40 minute wait for 2 people is just uncalled for.

   Had to wait almost an hour to be seated after reservation time. Drink and food service was very slow. Overall took over 3 hours from reservation time to leave. That is too long for a party of 2 in my opinion

   Very poor maintenance, super dirty and old tables, old food stuck on corners of the table, grill was dirty when chef start cooking, I will do my best not to go back to this Benihanas

    The waiter had his finger in my rice I had to scoop out half my rice where he had his whole thumb on it ! when he served it and he also had his finger in my salad touching the lettuces. Twice in a row I've been there and while it been mostly ok the service has been very upsetting I'm never going back! This place is just going down hill!
