   My boyfriend and I got seated right away so we thought we were off to a great start! We sat down, our server came 20 mins later for drink orders. We got our soup/salad an hour and 15 mins after we sat down. Everyone at the table had their checks wrong. Different items were put on and it took 30mins just reorganized the checks. We waited 30+ mins for our Togo rice and had to ask about it 4 times. It was not busy and the food lacked flavor. It’s not the Benihana we remember and we were there for a little 2 1/2 hours. Terrible service, everything we asked for was forgotten. We looked forward to going but ended up disappointed because no one at our table was taken care of properly

   If you have not experienced this fantastic dining show it was quite entertaining they have new moves and jokes it was fabulous thank you Benihana we appreciate you! Food was delicious too !!!

   As always, food was great! Our chef was not impressive. He wore a mask, no idea why, and had a very muffled voice. Have been dining at Benihana for years. Unfortunately, our chef was a great cook but no showmanship. Did not interact with our birthday party of 6. I would not want this chef again in the future. I was disappointed in the dining experience.

   Service and food was excellent as always. It was our first time going on a weekend so it was much more crowded than usual. We got seated an hour later than our reservations. However, we didn’t mind. We were told up front and chose to wait. We didn’t get to sit at Jojo’s table but our server was great. Our cook was excellent and made everything to perfection! This is still our favorite location!

   Chef and waitress was really good but we had to wait 1h20 min past our reservation time! No fun with 2 small kids. We love Benihana but won’t be coming back on a Saturday anytime soon.

   First of all - We absolutely love Benihanas. The food and the fun. But our Saturday night experience was terrible. And we will not be returning anytime soon. The restroom was a disaster. No public dining establishment should have overflowing trash cans, and paper all over the ground. Someone should be checking in on the bathrooms. There were 3 sweet girls at the front desk working their tails off but they needed serious help from management . The amount of people waiting on tables was completely out of control. Kids screaming. Running around. I realize Benihanas is a fun family spot but some might want to be reminded of the mayhem before you go spending hundreds on dinner. I guess Benihanas is doing ok if they are this busy and this chaotic but I don’t know why they even bother taking reservations. Go somewhere else with your money unless you like mad chaos.

    Service was slow for no reason. No refill on water or drinks, no check up on us to see if we needed anything, chef was good but not GREAT, just a Blah experience
