   Service and food was excellent as always. It was our first time going on a weekend so it was much more crowded than usual. We got seated an hour later than our reservations. However, we didn’t mind. We were told up front and chose to wait. We didn’t get to sit at Jojo’s table but our server was great. Our cook was excellent and made everything to perfection! This is still our favorite location!

   Chef and waitress was really good but we had to wait 1h20 min past our reservation time! No fun with 2 small kids. We love Benihana but won’t be coming back on a Saturday anytime soon.

   First of all - We absolutely love Benihanas. The food and the fun. But our Saturday night experience was terrible. And we will not be returning anytime soon. The restroom was a disaster. No public dining establishment should have overflowing trash cans, and paper all over the ground. Someone should be checking in on the bathrooms. There were 3 sweet girls at the front desk working their tails off but they needed serious help from management . The amount of people waiting on tables was completely out of control. Kids screaming. Running around. I realize Benihanas is a fun family spot but some might want to be reminded of the mayhem before you go spending hundreds on dinner. I guess Benihanas is doing ok if they are this busy and this chaotic but I don’t know why they even bother taking reservations. Go somewhere else with your money unless you like mad chaos.

   Service was slow for no reason. No refill on water or drinks, no check up on us to see if we needed anything, chef was good but not GREAT, just a Blah experience

   My reservation was at 7:45pm didn’t get seated till 9:00pm cooking didn’t start till 9:45. My husbands $61 dollar Wagyu Steak was horrible. This also is the second time this happened to us at this location with reservations being 20 or 30 minutes past your reservation time.

   Overbooked. We waited 45 minutes after our reservation. Waiter couldn’t get our drinks right to save his life due to noise level. Food was overpriced.

   Expect 1-hour wait at least after the reservation time. This place was my favorite. Turned out to disaster with 2 kids who had been waiting to be seated for 1 hour + 30mins extra for their food to arrive

    We had a reservation and were sat shortly after arriving. We were not greeted for 15+ minutes. When we were greeted, she only took the drink order. 15+ more minutes pass and we still hadn't ordered our food. 45 minutes after being sat we finally get our soup. 1 hour into the dinner we still hadn't received our salad and our chef hadn't arrived. Mind you, we're sitting with a toddler at the table, who is now starving and crying and causing a scene since we were waiting for so long. I ask the server about it and she was short and rude to me about asking. It wouldn't be her fault if the kitchen is behind, but she did an absolutely awful job of taking care of us up to that point. My husband had to ask for his beer three times. Then when we finally get our chef an hour+ after being sat, he informs us that three of the people are vegan and requested that all of their food be cooked before any of our food. So we, the 7 other people at the table, had to sit and watch as he made their food, while we were starving with a crying toddler. So rude. If you're vegan, please don't come to a teppanyaki place and expect all of the other people at your table to sit and wait for your food to be made. Just go to another restaurant that it wouldn't inconvenience everyone else at the table. Benihana, is this seriously acceptable to you? You should have cooked their food in the back, so the other people didn't have to starve waiting for their food. The only positive thing I will say about this place was the chef, Michael, did a fantastic job. Very friendly and attentive. Excellent chef. Delicious food. Good job, Michael! As for everyone else, including that terrible server, do better.
