   Well. We were seated promptly and then our server Took our drink orders and then our food orders. Soup and salad came immediately. Then it Literally took almost An hour after That for the cook to show up and begin cooking. Part of our party left and we almost all left just before he shows up. Never had that happen before. We will never return to Benihana again. I has also become expensive.

   We have been going to this location since it opened. Last night was the worst experience we ever had . Server was horrific . No knowledge and missing for 40 plus minutes at a time Chef did nothing to entertain and could barely cut the meat and veggies. Birthday celebration and we had to remind server 5 times and she still came out at end for ice cream order and again had to remind. I spoke with front and they could careless at how our party was treated. Truly disappointed by the entire experience and management.

   Always delicious and always a really fun time. This was our first time going when it wasn’t completely packed and it was delightful to have it a little quieter and less chaotic.

   A complete miss, utterly disappointed the cook did nothing at all but cook the meal. He DID NOT set the tone NOR DID HE DO ANY TRICKS not one nothing and IT WAS MY DAUGHTER'S 20 birthday. I spoke to the manager who offer the most ridiculous insulting discount of $14 on a $200 bill what a disgusting shame. I have been there many times throughout the years shame shame shema on you. Be careful when you go as you may get a cook that trully offer nothing in the form of dinning experience.

   Good for a group lunch. Make sure to ask for the lunch menu. It's extremely discounted from the regular menu they place at your seat.

   Went for my Birthday, our water Joe was great. The chef, if you want to call him that, was terrible. He spun an egg, wow. You go to Benihana for cooking experience. He did nothing but spin an egg. That all I have to say! Probably won't come back. We had been going there since you opened in the 70s. Disappointing!

   We went for the Winterfest Boat Show special. Great Happy Hour first with lots of shrimp, crab, and sushi and delicious specialty drinks. Then we had a lively hibachi experience and ate steak and lobster. The meal ended with pumpkin pie and ice cream. Lots of food left over for takeout. We then went outside to seats set up to watch the stunning boat parade. Absolutely great experience all around!

    We had a great experience for the Winterfest Boat Parade. The entire staff from front of house to the back of house to the management staff were extremely friendly & helpful. They really went above and beyond!
