   The heat wasn't working in our area, so you had to wear your winter coat while eating. The fire alarm went off while we were eating and no one did anything. It eventually turned off, but the lights remained flashing. The waitstaff looked like they wanted to rage quit due to the incompetence of management. The show was near non-existent. The chef cooked our food properly, but allche did was a quick onion trick after serving all our food. Even with the birthday deal, its not worth going here again.

   Our service and food were excellent and our chef, Victor, was fantastic and engaging however I have to make mention of the restroom. This was not an inexpensive meal and people from our party used the restroom both at the beginning and end of our meal - the restroom was disgusting, water and paper everywhere, trash overflowing, the TP was on the sanitary napkin dispenser one of the stalls was closed and the garbage hadn’t been taken out. I expect more from a high end restaurant.

   Attempted to seat us at the hibachi table despite making a reservation for the bar. We waited an additional 20 min to be seated and then another 20 min before someone came to wait on us. The food came out lukewarm. The only saving grace was our server who was professional and pleasant. I haven’t eaten at Benihana in least 5 years and I will not be back.

   It took an hour for them to get our table.plus my food wasn’t as good as usual

   The wait time was long when we had reservations. And the food was not amazing. Maybe because it was Valentine’s Day

   My experience at Benihana‘s on Valentine’s Day was outstanding. The food and service were great, but there was a severe parking problem. To be honest, there was no available parking slots around the restaurant. I’m not sure what they could’ve done to alleviate the problem? The only other issue was, it was difficult to understand the chef, there appeared to be a slight language problem. Overall, I was very satisfied and enjoyed the evening.

   We went there on Valentines Day. This was somewhat of a mistake. The restaurant was 100% of capacity with many waiting to be seated. Our reservations were for 5:15 got seated at 5:35 and did not finish until 7:40. First the chefs were very rushed and made unusual mistakes and none of their routines. Had a very hard time communicating with the chef because it was noisy and he had very broken English. The food was still very good but took much longer to cook because of errors in the orders. The parking lot was full when we arrived and was very lucky to find the one spot in the rear lot. The parking lot was extremely icy. When we left it took us 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot because of how many people were waiting for carry-outs and their cars were blocking the exit. My suggestion would be to not take carry-out orders on this day because they make the kitchen lag behind with the patrons orders. If we do a holiday dinner again, it will not be on the specific day. Benihanas is one of our favorite restaurants and will continue to be so.

   Enjoyed our meal and our cook Steve was amazing! Being Valentines Day, the restaurant was more crowded that usual however, we had a reservation and was seated immediately.
