   Our service and food were excellent and our chef, Victor, was fantastic and engaging however I have to make mention of the restroom. This was not an inexpensive meal and people from our party used the restroom both at the beginning and end of our meal - the restroom was disgusting, water and paper everywhere, trash overflowing, the TP was on the sanitary napkin dispenser one of the stalls was closed and the garbage hadn’t been taken out. I expect more from a high end restaurant.

   Attempted to seat us at the hibachi table despite making a reservation for the bar. We waited an additional 20 min to be seated and then another 20 min before someone came to wait on us. The food came out lukewarm. The only saving grace was our server who was professional and pleasant. I haven’t eaten at Benihana in least 5 years and I will not be back.

   The wait time was long when we had reservations. And the food was not amazing. Maybe because it was Valentine’s Day

   My experience at Benihana‘s on Valentine’s Day was outstanding. The food and service were great, but there was a severe parking problem. To be honest, there was no available parking slots around the restaurant. I’m not sure what they could’ve done to alleviate the problem? The only other issue was, it was difficult to understand the chef, there appeared to be a slight language problem. Overall, I was very satisfied and enjoyed the evening.

   Enjoyed our meal and our cook Steve was amazing! Being Valentines Day, the restaurant was more crowded that usual however, we had a reservation and was seated immediately.

   I had the chicken and shrimp, my husband had the scallops and shrimp, the food was delicious. Our server was Awesome!! Her name was Tui. We will definitely come back soon! Thank you!

    Even with the birthday coupon I felt the prices were a bit steep. It seemed like they were short staffed because it took a long time for our table to get a chef. The room was very smoky and someone at another table must have ordered the spicy rice because there was something in the air that made me start coughing. When we left we smelled like smoke. The parking lot is too small I had to park way in the back where it was very dark and no lighting. If I didn’t have my son with me I wouldn’t have felt safe parking there. I don’t think I will be returning, it has gotten way too expensive fir me.
