   The Staff and our cook was EXCEPTIONAL - it was a Birthday Lunch (mine) and we had a great time and the time we went was perfect - First time ever and it was a great experience - I highly recommend

   This location is the weakest in the Dallas area, with Plano, Addison, and Las Colinas much cleaner and better service! They really need a strong manager to come in and clean things up. Great location, though, when meeting friends who live in Dallas.

   I usually love dining here and have no complaints about the food or staff, but this is the second time in 2 months that after making a reservation I’ve had to wait over an hour to be seated. It really puts a damper on your plans for the night if your reservation is not honored . The issue is they greedily keep overbooking and not having enough seats for all the guest .i really love the restaurant but if this continues to be an issue I will have to stop coming

   The cook Preston needs more experience, this is the second that he has cooked for me and each time he burned up the rice and the chicken. Last time 2 guest walked out and others received gift cards, I understand that you guys are short cooks but he definitely needs to go back to training

   Even after the grill didn't work, the manager and staff went beyond to accommodate my, family, friends and me. It's was my bday celebration and they made it a good one ! The cook was crazy and waiter was cool. I recommend this Benihana all the time.

    We'd love the food and experience at this Beni Hana's. Alberto put on a great show with the delicious food and the waitress was attentive and very friendly. Kids and adults both loved the food too!
