   Everybody are happy and especially the cooker is super good person and super happy and funny always I recommend Arsene Benihana’s in Dallas Tx The cooker Arsene

   We had a reservation for 7:15 and checked in and was told it was an hour wait. We waited and was taken off the wait list stating we did not show but we were in lobby waiting and our name was never called we only knew of our names being removed from the list because the host said my last name and to remove me. I let the host know that we were here and our name had not been called and he apologized stating it was a mix up on his end by adding us to another party that did not show. We were sat down about 8:30 and was given a complimentary picture. We waited another 30 mins for the waiter to come and get our drink orders and appetizers. We ordered deep fried California rolls and they reminder cooked and and as if it was hardly dipped with little crunch with no eel sauce.. The cook didn’t come until 9:45 and we ordered the 3 trio with chicken fried rice and the food horrible . The rice wasn’t seasoned correctly so we waited for yum yum sauce and it was HORRIBLE like did not have no taste to it as if something was just thrown together. Our whole night was stolen from us because of the long wait to sit and then once we sat another hour for the waiter and the appetizers to come back and then another hour for the cook and then about 2 hours for the cook to make the food and serve it. My boyfriend and I love hibachi and has always wanted to try the authentic hibachi from Benihana so we thought and was truly disappointed. The food from this establishment is HORRIBLE!! The vibes we observed that Benihana is popular for the name but quantity over quality is real. They are sitting more people down and have us waiting. Because by the time the cook finished our food we were ready to do and had lost our appetite. The waiter proceeds to come back and check on us and we let him know we were ready for to go plates and ticket and he comes back minutes later with the to go plates and we had to wait an additional 30 mins for the tickets. Worst experience ever! We are NEVER coming back.

   Waiting time was 45 mins even with reservations but i do understand things happen.

   I made my rsvp with my food allergy, as well as told the server I’m allergic to seafood. But the server didn’t inform the cook so my food was contaminated. They brought me food from the kitchen, but as you can imagine my party guest had eaten all their food when my food finally came out!! it was a smaller portion in comparison to my guest grilled food and my food became just a carry out/Togo meal, rather than a dining experience. I just drank my strawberry lemonade and ate the fried rice that was cooked before the contamination began. Totally disappointed….

   Everything was absolutely perfect, we went there to celebrate my sister birthday and I most say the staff went over and beyond. Not to mention the manager was Amazing.

   The manager was interactive and helping us to decide on appetizers. He was courteous and helpful. Our chef, Moy, was great and entertaining along with the server. The server (older guy, Josè (I think was his name) was the best - he kept our glasses were constantly filled and empty or dirty dishes were moved expeditiously. They worked as a team! The birthday pictures Josè took turned out great!

   My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and eagerly anticipate our next visit next month. The service was exceptional, the staff were outstanding, and we had the pleasure of participating in a young girl's birthday celebration.

   Benihanas has gone downhill. The food was Shystie and the cooks were boring. I have been to smaller hibachi‘s where the cooks interact with the customers on a different level. It’s like they were forced to be there. Benihana’s let me down on my Valentine’s Day with my forever.

    Had to wait over 30 minutes for our 7pm dinner reservation. Once we were seated, they forgot to turn on the table grill so we have to wait another 30 minutes. No one apologized, the entire staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, really bad experience which was so disappointing.
