   Reservations were delayed by over an hour, ventilation needs to be improved and though it was extremely busy there appeared to be enough staff however they were not all actively working.

   The experience was excellent! In the beginning, though, we had to wait for over an hour because it’s Christmas Day! Understandably, nonetheless a bit frustrating. Ty did a good job in serving us! Did not have to wait too long for the beverages. Food was excellent as always! Karina was very very entertaining! Loved every moment! Although I did forget my son’s second refill of Shirley Temple, everything else was just enjoyable!

   Benihanas is always a good time for our family. The manager greeting us was amazing. His role is a value part of dining and his enthusiasm was impeccable! Thank you for the Christmas experience. We enjoyed ourselves.

   We waited over 1hour even with a reservation. I found out that they took walk ins and made everyone else wait. Very disappointing!

   We have made Benihanas our “go to” place for a special birthday or holiday celebration for many years, but the past few times we have come, we were seated a full hour after our reservation time. The lobby has been packed with people, standing room only, and it is loud. Still a fun place to go for good food and fun with the chef, just plan on a long wait to get seated.

   We arrived at 6:25 for a 6:30 reservation & were not seated until 7:25. I get that it’s busy & we need to be seated at the same time as another group, but having to wait in the lobby for that long is ridiculous. The server took too long to get waters for the table (and brought out water with ice despite 2 members requesting no ice). The soup was also extremely delayed - so much so that a table that got seated after us got their soup first. The server also messed up the order of one individuals. Chef was decent & had cool egg tricks but lacked enthusiasm Lastly, bathroom needed servicing

    Usually we get a very lively chef at Benihana's but this time...no, Chef, never said one word about what he was doing etc......he cooked okay, but I felt sorry for the children at our table, because they usually benefit from a very talkative chef..and this chef was Non Talking., just cooking!!!
