   We had to wait 15 mins to be seated after our reservation time which is ok. After sitting at the table we had no server for more than one hour. We were told that the servers were backlogged . Some tables did get empty but no one showed up. We had to go to the manager 3 times to let him know. 2 people from our table left out of frustration. However our servers were courteous and the chef was great. But there was no apology from the management . The food overall was pretty good and we enjoyed the show put up by the chef.

   Even with a reservation, had to wait 15 min to be seated. Then drinks took another 15 and for the food to start was an hour after the original reservation time!

   Very pricey! Two adults Two grandchildren chicken and shrimp entrees one beer, two ($24)smoothies . $193 +$40 tip.

   Food was okay, but it really depends on your cook for enjoyment… food was okay but a lot of forgetfulness!

   Bring snacks if you plan to eat here. My party had a 5:15pm reservation and wasn't seated untill 5:45pm. Once seated, it still took about another 40 minutes for someone to take our food order. Our chef began to cook after about an hour of sitting down. We started as a group of 9 and ended as a group of 6 because some of the people in our group could not wait any longer and had to leave without eating. The food itself was good in general, just lacking a bit of salt, but that wasn't a problem. I wouldn't say the food taste or quantity were extraordinary, much less that it was worth the price. We were there to celebrate a birthday, but probably won't be returning any time soon.

   Enjoyed a late hibachi dinner New Years Eve. The restaurant was running about 30 minutes behind schedule due to computer problems. Once seated things went well. The kids enjoyed the show and loved the food. Our orders were wrong but the cook managed to correct them quickly. Its a fun time for all ages. We go every NY’s eve.

   We had a 6:00 reservation, but weren’t seated until 7:00. The lobby area was overflowing with people waiting. Clearly overbooking is just how they operate. The women’s restroom has 3 stalls, two of which had completely broken off toilet seats. There were 2 sinks, one didn’t turn on and the other was clogged and not draining. Soap dispensers were empty. Our bill for 2 adults and 2 kids was $280. Can they not afford to have working bathrooms and soap? The food was “meh” and our chef was very disappointing. He forgot ingredients and forgot to cook items included in our orders. We won’t be going back to this restaurant.
