   We had a reservation and our table wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after our reservation time. Our server was frazzled and rude when we asked for a refill and later for our check. Thank goodness the food was good.

   Our chef Rocky was amazing and the food was delicious!!! He made everyone laugh the whole dinner.

   The host was understandably stressed because it was new years but she was rude. The bartender was nice, and the drinks and food were really good!

   We were incredibly disappointed with our New Year's Eve dinner at Benihana. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait significantly beyond our allotted time due to apparent overbooking. This is unacceptable, especially on a special occasion like New Year's Eve. The point of a reservation system is to manage capacity and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. The restaurant itself appeared tired and could use a thorough cleaning. The service was disjointed, and the timing of the food preparation was poor. Our meat was cold and hard by the time the rice was served, significantly impacting the dining experience. Considering the high prices, the quality of the food and the overall service did not meet our expectations. We were left feeling frustrated and underwhelmed by our New Year's Eve dinner.

   Reception was rude and fail to explain the challenges they faced night we visited. Orders were not properly received resulting in wrong serve after waiting almost for 2 hrs for main serve. Chef on hibachi needs to have clean utensils and overall had bad impression of the place not plan to recommend or revisit the place again

   Reservations for 630- didn’t get a table until 745. Was 5 of us and 4 other large people scrunched onto a small table. Then waited another 1 hour 15 minutes for a chef- that never came. It was a birthday dinner that we drove over an hour for and never received it- so disappointed

   We made reservations and still waited 20 minutes to be seated and then the service was extremely slow. We planned for leisurely but not 3 hours with a 1 year old and 3 year old. Also I let you all know it was for a birthday which was never acknowledged and I signed up for a chef table experience with $30 off for the birthday and did not get it. The food was outstanding and I’ll say the manager tried hard but I would not recommend especially during holidays although we were there on a Monday night non holiday

    The food was good and our cook was great, however by the time he started he could tell our table was frustrated with the wait. There’s no reason for us to not have eaten until almost 10 with an 8:15 reservation. I understand things happen however if we were told ahead of time that it would take over an hour to be served then we would have made a decision to leave. Communication would have been appreciated ahead of time not after when it was too late.
