   One of the best experiences my wife and I had. David the chef was awesome and the waiter (totally forgot his name, sorry) was the best we've had. Thank you guys for helping us celebrate our anniversary.

   We sat there for 1 1/2 hours without a chef to cook for us. We had an event afterwards so my son and I had to leave without eating. The manager gave us a discount but it didn’t really help our bad experience of not being able to eat.

   Waited over an hour past our reservation but once we got to the table everything was wonderful!

   My reservation was at 7:15, arrived at 7pm. Hostess said they were 30 minutes behind. At 8pm I asked the hostess and she said only two more tables before me, she seated 5 parties and I told her she said only two tables, her answer was, “ There is nothing I can do” got seated at 8:30. Waiter took our drink order 20 minutes after we were seated, told us it was going to take another 30 minutes to start the teppanyaki service. We ordered some sushis which were served in the middle of my teppanyaki dinner. We told the chef it was the first time for one of the members of our party (from another Country) and he did not do any kind of show, (which I saw other chefs doing show and could hear other tables laughing (he wasn’t even friendly). that was the reason we all waited and starved, we wanted our guest to have the benihanna experience and of course he got the experience, but a terrible one. Terrible experience!!!

   Took over an hour to seat us (even though we made a reservation). And then took like 30 minutes after sitting at the table to order. Not sure why everything took so long.

   Our server was great! Furst in a very long time that we did not have a long wait from taking our order, delivery of the soup & salad to when the chef started peparing our meal. From arrival to departure time was the shortest ever! Our server was fantastic! Managed his workload at the bar andvour table efficiently!

   Over 3 hours for our dining experience with two kids - understaffed and not the type of service Ive been accustomed to since dining at multiple Benihana restaurants over 20 years - the last few years has been underwhelming esp at this location.

   Arrived at 6:10 for a 6:15 reservation and we were told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, I checked with the host they said it will be 15 to 20 min. We were seated around 7 and when the server finally came to our table 10 minutes later, they said it would be 1 1/2 hours before we would have a chef. We could have eaten somewhere else in the time we wasted waiting for them to tell us it would be 1 1/2 hours before we would have a chef. Also, they seated us with a party of 5, so it was very crowded with 9 people at the table. We like Benihana, but I don't think I'll return to this location.

    I can’t begin to explain my disappointment and the direction this restaurant has gone. This has been a longtime favorite of our families. We celebrate many birthdays, anniversaries here. Since being purchased by the new restaurant group, the service by the managerial staff has been subpar the poor employees and chefs are bearing the weight of incredibly long weights with no communication from the managers and the long hours that you can see on their faces. We waited over an hour to be seated, and then another hour and a half to even have our service begin with the chef. Our overall experience was only amazing because of our chef and our server otherwise, I would only give this restaurant one star due to their new takeover. So disappointing…  be aware even if you make a reservation, which we had, you will wait in the lobby before waiting again at the table. The general manager even walked out on NYE due to the conditions of the new owner. I would also like to add that the bathroom was a disaster. Handle for the door falling off, no toilet paper, toilet seat broken. Honestly take some pride in your restaurant.
