   We have been to Benihana many times but last night was not a great experience. We waited over an hour for our chef to cook. He must have just started, no personality, lacked skills and really no fun. When you go to Benihana you go for the entertainment as well as the food. Very disappointed in my birthday dinner.

   Service was slow and disjointed. Food was good but my partner's food arrived a good 5 minutes before mine

   Everything was great except for that they put too many people at one table. There were 8 people at our table. My husband was at the end and he was halfway off the table. He had nowhere comfortable to put his legs. I am left-handed and I had to try and use my right hand so I don’t keep bumping elbows with the lady on my left. Other than that - the service and food was excellent.

   Our chef did nothing to entertain and talked more about the Tyson fight. Soooooo boring! He burned the rice. Very mediocre. They completely forgot my 5yo grandson’s order. Very disappointed.

   It’s too expensive, always feel rushed. Don’t serve mushrooms anymore. And don’t take pictures to remember when the website says it does

   Ian was our server, and as I told the manager on the way out, "Ian rocked it!" He handed a survey card, but the QR code results in a dead link. :-( Overall, another great experience!
