   Reservations mean nothing at this restaurant. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and was told we would have at least a 1 hour wait. We were told that they overbooked the restaurant. The staff at the reservation desk were rude and gave a did not care attitude.

   We made a reservation for 7:30, when we arrived we were told that they were running 30 minutes behind schedule. An hour later we were finally seated at our table, and proceeded to then wait another hour for a chef. The chef was incredible, but the rest of the service was sub par. What should’ve been a two hour experience, turned into four.

   Great time, the only thing I would have to say is that our reservation was at 7:15 pm. We waited until 8:45 pm to be sat and we waited for an additional 45 minutes for a chef. Chef Jordan was amazing and sure made our night!

   We had a reservation at 7:00 on NYE, was not sat until 8:00 then waited until 9:30 for our chef to come over and did not complete our meal until 10:30. Our friends waited for 30 minutes just to realize that they were marked as a no show. The food was good and we were given a percentage off the bill, but the amount of time it took ruined our NYE

   Last night was New Years Eve and it was a complete disaster. Our reservation was at 7:00, we were seated at our table at 8:00 and our chef didn’t start cooking until 9:15. There was really never any explanation for why everyone in the restaurant was waiting 2 hours before eating! They were obviously very short on chefs but why did they book so many reservations? Our waitress was trying her best but the manager was a joke and should find a different way to make a living. Such a bad experience we won’t go back.

   Disappointing food quality. Ordered the Steak Filet, very tough-that was not a Filet. Chicken was very dry. The salad dressing was awful. Sauces had a terrible flavor. Not sure what happened to this place.

   We had a reservation for 6:15pm. Unfortunately it seems as though there were more reservations than staff. They were under scheduled for the cooks so it was a long wait to even be sat. Then once sat we waited another hour before we even met our cook. I would say that was the most frustrating part. We drove an hour for the experience and then even with a reservation we were two hours past that due to being understaffed. I think I will just stay local and go to Mt.Fuji.

   We had reservations and still waited 45 minutes to be seated. We then waited another hour before we ate. Food quality was excellent but very overpriced and poorly managed.

   Our reservation was at 6pm, we did not get seated until like 6:45pm. Our waitress was obviously not happy when we were seated. By the time the cook was able to get to us the grill was not on. Our cook had to turn on the grill and wait for another 20 minutes for the grill to get hot so the chef could even start cooking. We were told that Benihana had 8 chiefs to service 800 people. Our meal ended up taking about 3plus hours to get through it. We were taken to a back room near the kitchen. We were also told we would receive some compensation for our time on our bill. That didn’t happen and we had to remind the waitress who became upset when we asked. They ended up giving us $31 dollars off of our $171 bill. That minimal amount didn’t make up for how we were treated, drinks slammed, the long wait. Not sure I will want to return or recommend anyone else to go to this Benihana.

    We had a 5:15 reservation and didn’t have a chef at our table until 7:15. Yes, it was NYE but this 2 hour wait with a reservation is unacceptable. No visibility of a manager anywhere. Deion was our chef and was phenomenal with interacting with very tired and hungry toddlers.
