   We had a reservation and had to wait nearly an hour before we were seated. The server was pretty gruff. Our chef, Nick, was fabulous. We probably won't go again. It's very expensive and while the food was OK, it's not worth the cost. You really pay for the 'show', which was great thanks to Nick.

   Reservation was at 7 and didn’t get seated until 8:30. Have two young kids and didn’t get our food until 9:30 and didn’t get out the door until 10:20. It was extremely loud, even once we got seated the service was extremely slow and it was wildly expensive, with the kids meals $25 each. Won’t go back.

   My fiancé and I have been coming here for years. Today was the first time where we were disappointed. there famous garlic butter is by far the best, now when the chef made the fried rice he barely put any garlic butter in the rice, it made the rice have almost no taste and was extremely disappointing, everything else was very delicious and will continue to come here but this time was extremely saddening.

   Unfortunately we ate at the lounge and our food was cool, scallops and shrimp uncooked, steak was cut well, raw zucchini.

   We waited an hour and a half past our 6 pm reservation to be seated. All we heard were excuses from staff and management.

   I was enjoying it until I took a bite of my salmon and it was raw. I was really disappointed and the chef put it back on the grill. There was something dripping from the fan above the grill onto to food below. Ick!

   The food was great. Cooked backwards. Got the steak first then got the appetizers and fired rice last. But all was cooked really well. The chef was really nice.

   Our reservation was at 5:15 PM, but we weren’t served our soup and salad until 7:00 PM. When we sat down, I noticed a large oil spot on my plate. Looking up, I saw that the vent above our table was leaking oil. I mentioned this to the host who seated us, and she wiped it off with a towel. As our chef began cooking our meal, another large drop of oil fell—this time into my rice and onto the grill where our mushrooms were being prepared. I brought this to the chef’s attention, who then informed the manager. The manager briefly looked at the situation but didn’t address it. The chef did his best to prevent our food from being contaminated by the unknown substance dripping from above. At the end of the meal, he apologized and said he would bring another manager. By this point, we had waited three hours for our food because the chef couldn’t use the entire grill. When the manager returned, he simply looked at the situation, sighed, and offered a discount on our meal. We should never have been seated at a table where a substance was dripping into our food, nor should we have had to wait three hours to eat.

   Expect to wait because they serve 8/10 people at a time by cooking habachi style.

    Jose is always entertaining. They were a bit backed up, so we did not get to sit down until about 15 minutes after our reservation, but that was fine.
