   Well, I’m not even sure what to rate — the food or even a simple cup of water at this location. I arrived 5 minutes before my reservation and waited 40 minutes before being seated, which admittedly went by quickly because I was having a great conversation with friends. But once we were finally seated, it took another 25 minutes with no drinks served. We eventually got up and left, and not a single person bothered to ask why we were upset. Unfortunately, we weren’t the only ones frustrated. Other guests were genuinely livid with the staff and service. This was far from the typical Benihana experience.

   I love Beni Hana but our experience was bad. The service was terrible. We waited at the table for 45 minutes before the server brought us water and the soup and salad. The radio was so loud he could not hear our order and we eventually asked the front to turn the music down. The chef overcooked everything. The salmon was overdone, the chicken was dry, the shrimp appetizer was at the end and overcooked. Our kids weren’t given their salads and soaking with the adults and the server wasn’t around to tell for at least 10 minutes. Water glasses were empty for 15 minutes and the server wasn’t around no where to be found. There were several workers just standing at the wall watching the room but no one came to help when we were looking for our server. The sun was glaring in our eyes even with the shade pulled and when we asked if something could be done the answer was a head shake no and then a walk off. It was the worst experience I have had at Beni Hana and I have been going there for 30 years. I hope they see this review and overhaul the Buckhead location.

   First time at Benihana. Food was average. Drinks were good and not watered down. Establishment not the cleanest. Overall good time though.

   They are NEVER on schedule and timing is bad for those who make reservations especially on weekends.

   Reservation were made for 7:45 did not get to table until 8:30. We were celebrating Birthday I had the email that allowed $30 off which I just showed last year. This year they were admit about having it printed out. By now it to late if you already at the restaurant. I was ask what was my email address and asked to show in my phone to be told they would not honor it unless I gave a 5 star review!! Why would I give a 5 star review if my service and server were bit 5 star! Unbelievable! That’s was coming from the manager is that how we run a business now!

   The service took a little longer than expected and the noise level was just a bit too loud, but the food and the company we randomly met at our table was absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait for the next visit!

   My chef & waiter was amazing! I am so sorry I don’t remember my waiter name but he was working with Malachi. They are the perfect pair. I only want to go if they are working together. To be honest if i didn’t have a good experience today it was going to be my last time going to this location. Both of them really changed my mind so give Benihana buckhead another chance.
