   Food was ok rice wasn't that good. The service wasn't great had to keep asking for something about five times. Asked for napkins and didn't receive them kept asking, and then he bought out about 30 napkins being funny.

   When me and my family walked into the restaurant, the manager waved and gave us a warm, energetic greeting as if we were old friends. We were seated and began receiving each course fairly quickly. There was an issue with a couple that was seated at our communal table, but the manager obviously handled it, because soon after, our hibachi chef was back to cooking our food-- which was delicious! I have been to this Benihana's several times in the past. This was the fastest that I received my food. Great job, team! We will be back!

   The new management team has this location running extremely well. They have cured most of the things I'd hear people complain about, like long wait times, service below standards, even some who said the food wasn't good or cooked properly. As a loyalist who has been coming to this location since 2006, I understand the complaints. Let me respond to each one with my OPINION. As for long wait times, make a reservation. This will significantly reduce your wait time. There are times when you won't get seated exactly at your reservation time because so many people just walk in. I have witnessed this myself on occasions. They will tell walk ins that it's a 2 hour wait, and guess what? Most of them wait because the food is worth the wait! As for service, every restaurant struggles with servers and chefs (or cooks). This location has made a concerted effort to attract BETTER servers, with much success. The complaints of poor service are usually at extremely high volume times. If you've never been a server, don't fault them as many are running like crazy to keep up. If this is a trigger for you, consider a time that isn't the most busy. The food is prepped in the back and carted for the chefs. They have several chefs who are excellent. Jason, Devante, and Rigoberto, so request one of them. I've personally seen people complain about their food to get their meal for free. Back in the day, this restaurant gave free meals to these "gamers" at will, and you know who you are. I can't tell you how many repeat diners I've seen do this. No more because the food is prepared, how you ask for it, and it's delicious. So, stop knocking this place, take some of my suggestions, and enjoy the food and drinks. Hats off to the management team once again!

   Had a reservation birthday for 7 people at 7:30pm was seated @ 8:20pm. No one should be seated nearly an hour after their reservation time : (

   The server exhibited a commendable attitude. However, the chef’s lack of customer service skills was evident, and the food quality was subpar, despite the restaurant’s over a decade of existence. It appears that the talented chefs have departed to other establishments, leaving the underqualified staff at this location to handle the workload. The restaurant’s standards have significantly declined in recent years, which is deeply disappointing to witness.

   Our waitress sucked I forgot her name but she took forever to bring simple stuff and when I asked why she tried to blame it on the kitchen staff. It was 4 birthdays at my table including me and my grandma and daughter and no one came over to sing or anything. The restaurant had a lot of birthdays because I heard other tables getting sung the song. A lady at my table had to sing for us and her daughter. The chef Nelson did an okay job he cared about allergies but the show was terrible. Really it wasn’t a show for real. Overall I don’t know if I’ll continue to come here for my birthday even for the certificate it wasn’t work it. My reservation was at 8 we didn’t leave until 11 and it was only one other table behind us. If you want to charge more money at least make sure the service is adequate.

   We have been going to Benihana for years, and the food has definitely gone downhill. I had the white peach sake sangria. $17 for one cocktail was excessive especially as most of it was juice. The cocktail used to be light and refreshing and now it’s just awful. We decided to splurge and get the wagu. Don’t waste the extra money. Although cooked perfectly, as not well seasoned and was not the quality expected. We also always get the fried upgrade. Last night, it had zero flavor and was basically crispy steamed white rice. I don’t mind paying up for experience dining, but prices have increased three fold and the quality has greatly decreased as well as the chefs. Will not likely ever dine at this location again, and possibly never go back to Benihana again.

    Adult beverages were over priced and mixed drinks felt amateur. Had an old fashion and felt like the pre mix would have been better. Food was decent but definitely not worth the cost. I had tuna rare but served medium. Just overall not a place I’d spend the price point for on the menu. Nice try but won’t be taking my family here again.
