Come but be aware of loud server named Matt. Rather talk then serve, rather be the king then treat guests like kings. Talks loud a lot and neglects tables. Ask for someone else or other seating are. Miserable. Food consistently excellent. Amazing octopus, mahi mahi, oysters tremendous, lamb, clams a bit salty, cocktails so well made, gnocchi amazing and bread too good to avoid. Been here 3 times and Christmas- really an outstanding place. Amazing management and leadership. But with such a small place this waiter ruins it.

Upon arrival we were told that we had 40 minutes at our table because of the holiday, in other words happy to see you ... but better be on your way soon... Seated inside with an air-duct blowing freezing cold air on us didn’t add to that welcome. The seafood risotto was warm, hot and tepid almost cold in places and obviously had had a microwave or some kind of reheating treatment.!!! The mussels were lukewarm, as were the clams, the shrimp tough and the bits of scallops dry, this at a price of $48.00 made for a very disappointing meal.

We regret that you felt poorly treated at your recent visit to Azur. On holidays our reservation times run very tight, so when reservations show up well after the reservation time, the host needs to inform guests that the table was booked again at a later time. Just for the record, we do not have a microwave oven at Azur.

Food was excellent and service when rendered was good. However, they were understaffed the night we were there so we got off to a slow start. Not sure how you rectify that but letting us at least order drinks when we sat down would’ve been helpful.

Sadly a miss! Up priced menu that didn’t live up to its hype. Had Tilefish for $62 which in itself was great but lost its appeal and heat as it tried in vain to heat up the cold veg (apparently a salad) underneath. The fact that you now have to buy veg separately from your meat is a new gimmick that puts one off for good.

We regret your disappointment at your recent visit to Azur. The special you had in question was served on a salad and the server should have explained at the table that the salad was not served hot. We have always had a "sides" section to the menu that the guests can order from if they would like an extra portion of potatoes or gnocchi with their meal. We apologize for your confusion on this matter.

This was our second time here. Returned after two years and was more impressed. Found them from a Conde Naste article. Amazing food, the flavors, the presentation, combination of flavors, all exceptional. Don’t miss this place when in Key West. Worth every dollar.
