   Ridiculous! Had a reservation but had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. Then another 30 minutes without anyone coming to get an order or acknowledging we were even there. There are only like 12 tables too. So we got up and left

   Avenues Proper seems to have gone downhill. We have been coming here for years and normally have the best time. However, tonight was less than stellar. The truffle mac and cheese was a little on the runny side, still tasted good, just not what we have seen in the past. Biggest disappointment was the Pork Chops, they served the cheapest cut from the animal and it was not even cooked all the way through. The potatoes that came with it were the most uneventful and foul tasting thing I’ve had from a restaurant. Overall this dish was NOT good! It’s also one of the easiest and safest dishes you could probably order and still came out poorly. Overall very disappointed by the experience as this has not happened in the past when we have dined here.

   Seemed like there was one server helping the entire restaurant. Food was excellent, but took a LONG time to come out. Steak was overcooked but the restaurant made it right with a second effort.

   It was amazing the only thing was they were out of a few menu items, which was not their fault, as they had a problem with delivery's . This is why they got got a 4 but still a fun place.

    They were out of both things I went to order. I would recommend calling first if there’s something particular on the menu you’re hoping for. Our server was OK. Didn’t really check on us once we got our food.
