   Tout d'abord, service de Frédéric impeccable. Les huitres délicieuses et très fraîches. Ambiance très agréable. Petit bémol, les pâtes que mon conjoint a pris semblaient avoir été réchauffées, un peu raides mais les pétoncles et les crevettes qui les accompagnaient étaient parfaites. J'ai choisi la morue noire et je m'attendais à un beau pavé carré mais j'ai plutôt eu la queue. Ceci dit c'était délicieux. Nous y retourneront c'est sûr mais on réserve un chambre la prochaine fois.

   The holiday buffet was excellent - every dish we tried was perfectly cooked and presented. Too many options to list. The individual tourtieres and carved pork with mustard sauce were favorites as was the seafood “stew”. The salads were also great with homemade carrot salad and crispy Cesar salad to name a few. The dessert bar was over the top with selection and quality. Service was attentive and friendly for being quite busy. Would go again! The restaurant is in the Hilton.

   We were very disappointed with the entire experience. We were a group of 7 people. Booked the Christmas brunch. I had tried calling previously to find out what the menu was like (as we had people with allergies), and were not given any info, only told ‘there will be lots of options’. For a brunch, we were expecting the typical Breakfast fare, along with some lunch type items. That is not what there was. There were no eggs or omelets (I asked) at all. You could order an eggs Benedict with your server…. And that was the only egg. There was sausage and bacon, and waffles. But other than that, really the only breakfast fare. There were items like rabbit and several fish and seafood dishes. There was no toast, bagels etc… but a large selection of small desserts and a salad bar. We went there thinking brunch… hoping for some delicious breakfast foods like carved ham, eggs, toast, pancakes etc… we got none of that. Instead tried to fill up on an eggs Benedict and desserts. Not nearly worth the $78 per person price tag even with it being a holiday. We had gone there previously for a Christmas brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it… boy were we sadly disappointed this time around. For sure this was a one and done, and we won’t be back. Sad because we were hoping to make it a yearly tradition.

   Bad food choices. Casseroles. No eggs, no ham, no salmon, raw beef. Long lines.

   Une superbe veille de Noël ! Le serveur Antoine était parfait et excellent ! Assez présent et pas trop à la fois ! Discret quand nous étions en conversation! Le moment était très agréable !

   Nous ne pouvions passer la veille de Noël en famille et cherchions un endroit agréable, réconfortant et gourmand.  Notre soirée a été comblée sur tous ces aspects.  Au bar le Bacchus, la serveuse nous a fait d'originales propositions pour l'apéro.  Au restaurant l'Arôme, notre serveur a été cordial et attentionné.  Nous avons choisi le buffet, et quel buffet!  Il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Tout était délicieux.   Si je peux me permettre une suggestion, la soirée aurait été quasi magique avec la présence de quelques musiciens, classiques de préférence.    Très bon souper du réveillon de Noël. Nous avons pris le menu expérience et un très bon vin. Très bon service!

   A nice time with mom, we both had the filet mignon, nice meat and the side purée went so good with the steak. it had been over five years since my last visit and so it was nice to come back. They have a nice sized menu with plenty of different options. Definitely would be a great place to bring a date; or spend a relaxing evening out. The atmosphere is very chill and the vibe is calm yet warm. My only disappointment was not having the free buns they use to serve, those were amazing and the variety was delightfully. I could only suggest that Making reservations is a must!

    Nous avons eu un nouveau serveur qui manque de formation. Il devrait s’informer des repas du jours avant d’arriver en service aux tables. Il ne pouvait pas répondre à aucune une de nos questions. Nous sommes arrivés à 12:00 et nous avons reçu nos plats à 13h… une table de deux je ne crois pas que ce soit normal. On comprend tres bien que tlm doit commencer en lk part mais il a besoin d’avoir un peu plus de formation avant de prendre des table seul. Sinon, la nourriture était excellente Joyeux temps des fêtes
