   Parking validation disaster: We had a good experience with respect to food and service, but it turned awful when we tried to leave the parking garage. Aria offers validation for parking, so we gave our parking ticket to be validated when we checked in. It was returned to us with the statement that it had been validated. But when we tried to leave the parking let, the exit machine stated that the ticket had previously been voided. We were stuck at the machine with cars backed up behind us, with angry drivers. We couldn't even pay the full amount because the machine did not accept the ticket in order to charge us. Eventually we found a parking attendant who let us out. I don't know what to recommend to customers at Aria after this.

   Very good and our waiter was amazing. It gets pretty loud, but it was delicious. They need a little bit more on a drink menu.

   If you plan to go to a show after.. getting there over 2 hours early is necessary. We had 10 minutes to finish dinner .. wife's fish was practically raw but no time to adjust..we left it untouched. The other meals were good but it should not take an hour and 20 minutes to get your meal when they asked if we were attending the show when we arrived. They did voluntarily compensate 10%.. but we were very disappointed. The bill was divided but allocation made no sense .. no time to adjust.

   Over all food is delicious, servers are amazing. They seemed to go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience. Over all everything was very pleasant. Was loud at times from other groups but not to bad. Other then that and the ladies that were the hostess for tonight that wasn’t the friendliest people was a very pleasant experience..

   Fabulous dinner and overall experience. Shanelle was our server and she was exceptional. Definitely will go back. If you’re going to the theatre, parking will be validated and will receive 10% off the bill. Loved it!

   Had been to Aria before and had hoped for the same great experience. Once again went before a show and was seated upstairs. The room was noisy and the low level of lighiting made it difficult to read the menu ( think senior eyes, small print). Our service person started off attentively, but that soon disolved inton wondering if we were going to get our food in time to make the show. I had the special of the night - mahimahi on a bed of baby potatoes. IT was overcooked and blad at at $40 I expected it would be great. The clock was ticking and still no person and we finally had to ask another server if he could let them know we needed our checks. It finally arrived - no Q asked if we wanted separate bills which took more time off the clock. All in all it was disappointing and I won't be back.

   Food was great. Presentation excellent. Service always good. Too crowded upstairs for a more intimate dinner. Felt very confined. Difficult to get in between the row of tables. Just too close.
