Established in 1988 and reinvented for 2016, Aqua Grill offers guests a beautiful, new contemporary restaurant concept located directly on the lake in the renovated Sawgrass Village shopping center. Guests will enjoy award-winning cuisine from an eclectic, multi-ethnic menu featuring the freshest of local ingredients prepared to order. We offer private banquet facilities, a fully covered lakefront deck with climate control, and a lively full service bar with all NFL ticket, sports packages and 4K HD TVs.                               Great food and service. We ordered 7 entrees and all were excellent. Noise level was high - it was loud. Also, the dining room is very crowded - I think the dining experience would be better with one less table in the room. Our large table was in a crowded corner of the room, and made access a bit difficult. Overall we would return.

                              Front staff was kind to make sure we had a quiet table for my elderly parents. Emma, our server, was extremely nice and made sure we had time to talk while also still making sure we had everything we needed. Our food was delicious- trout was perfectly cooked and bang bang cod looked and tasted amazing! Overall, great dinner!

                              Unfortunately service was the main driver for this review but food was not up to par either! Our server was rude and seemed put off to be waiting on us, basic requests prompted eye rolling from her and the wait for the entrees was well over an hour and half. The calamari app was “mushy” and my wife’s scallops were cold when served. It’s really too bad since on paper the menu has much to offer. I do not recommend.

                              Grouper special was dry and gave the impression of having been cooked long before our order. Eggplant was tasty and portion size was big enough for two . Overall nothing special and the fish was disappointing for $42.
