   Andino’s is a beautiful small to moderate sized dining room with additional bar seating. The best seats IMO are by the front window in a small little enclave just to side of the main entrance and the bar area. It has almost a storybook feel to it as you dine by the Federal Hill street as locals and out-of-town’ers walk by. The service this evening was impeccable. Reservation was honored with no wait. They ACTUALLY read the notes in the Open Table reservation and knew it was a 29th anniversary. Champagne on the house! Yum and thank you! Bread and oil at the table along with bottled or tap water. Bread was great and the oil had the perfect mix of garlic and cheese. The wife and I fought each other for the better dip each bite we took. Entrees were as seen in the other review’s posts. Everywhere we go the wife orders calamari. Ya it’s aggravating but I’m like a calamari expert now. Many restaurants will give you fried peppers mixed in to look more voluminous. Andino’s is 100% calamari with the perfect mix of oil and sauce on the side. No corner cutting. It was great. The wife got the Chick Parm. Wow… another great item. Perfectly done, and I like the crisp on the edges. Covered in sauce and angel hair pasta. It was so good. Just get it. Don’t think twice. I got the Andino with veal. I like to try new things. The wife went with the sure thing so I went out on a limb a bit (for me). It was excellent. I finished the entire entree. The artichoke hearts, sliced pepperonis, and sweet red peppers were spot on. Wife had two glasses of wine and I had a single mixed drink. Must’ve been a good pour because I felt it. Thanks for that. All-in-all Andino’s is a must visit to me. They let their food and service do the talking . Sure the exterior may not be the fanciest but don’t be fooled. Andino’s is the choice on the Hill.

   One of the best places on Federal Hill. My third time here and won’t be my last. I am from NY/NJ, Andino’s rivals some of the best places I have eaten at back home b and does not skip a beat. Everyone is extremely friendly, the food and service is amazing. Highly recommend eating here.
