Great food - sushi and sashimi combo for 2 was super fresh, good variety and value. Miso soup and shrimp shumai were hot and tasty. Nice ambiance- would prob get quite loud when it’s full.

While searching for sushi, I discovered Amber West Village on Instagram. I had passed by the restaurant multiple times without realizing it was a sushi place. Thankfully, it exceeded my expectations.

We were a table of 4 on a Saturday evening, the service was great. We all had different items I can recommend the duck buns and the sushi . The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious, a little spicy but very flavorful.
