   Service was slow, food was not good when it finally did come out. We had to ask multiple times for Parmesan cheese and when the server finally got it we were already done with our meal. I feel bad leaving a poor review, which is something I normally don’t do. If the service was better I probably would’ve been okay with eating mediocre food… I would not dine here again, unfortunately. For the pricing being so high, I expected a much different experience.

   Great entertainment! Fun time with a large group. But, be prepared to have very slow service and less than mediocre food. They were out of a lot of basic things too, like mozzarella cheese for the veal parm. The servers were very stressed out. It was also expensive. Did I say the entertainment was great?

   We had been patrons that travel quite a bit to come here for years, but this may have unfortunately been our last time. The staff is super kind and the music is excellent and entertaining as always. However, we could not have been much more disappointed with the service, food, and price. It wasn’t a particularly busy night and food took quite a long time to be delivered. They were out of eggplant. A couple of us ordered chicken parmesan and are still not quite sure what we were delivered. Was it veal? Dark meat? Way overcooked? Not sure, but it was awful. They were nice enough to take 15% off and yet our meal for 6 with no appetizers or alcohol was still nearly $300. It wasn’t worth half that. As big as a fan we have been for years, I hate writing this, but I sincerely hope it was an aberration or a learning experience for them to improve.

   Food was fine. Just very very slow. We came for the entertainment listed to start at 7. When we arrived for our 7pm reservation, the entertainment had already been started presumably 30 Minutes earlier. We didn’t get our food until after entertainment was finished at 8:30. Closer to 9:00 when our food was served. Staff stopped by and apologized, telling us ours was up next numerous times. We used to come frequently. We stopped a couple years ago due to slow service. Decided to try again because we Always like the music. But same issues as before. Food is still great, but they seem woefully understaffed. And we were charged a $15 each cover charge that wasn’t shown on Open Table and I don’t recall seeing it on their website either.

   We really enjoy spending time at Altobelli's. There is nothing like live music while enjoying a good Italian dish!

   They just didn’t have enough staff. I felt bad for the hostess who served us. She was great but kept having to apologize. After waiting 2 hours for our meal… it was meh.

   I absolutely could not believe the bread!!!!! If you want to see shrinkflation, wait til You see the bread. I can’t even explain how tiny the “bread balls” were. I thought it was a joke. This restaurant is going down hill.
