During our trip to Denver I booked a reservation for afternoon tea in the lobby of the historical Brown Palace. Immediately the staff was welcoming and attentive, even providing warm blankets to use. Hiwat was very informative and friendly with her service and many years of experience. It was a great tasty and relaxing experience to spend our last day.

Love tea time here so much and the piano player John Kite is an absolute gem. Make sure to put an extra $5 in his tip jar to hear all your favorite piano songs. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent as always. Only negative was having to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated without being offered any compensation. A complimentary glass of bubbles would have been much appreciated. For that much of a delay, a “sorry for the wait” is not quite enough in my opinion.

We had a reservation for 3pm and didn't get to sit at our table until 4pm. We saw our server twice in the 90 minutes we were there and had to continually stop other servers passing by if we needed anything. When we shared our experience we were told, "So sorry, we'll try to do better next time." There won't be a next time. We were so disappointed we almost left.

Ambiance was amazing, food was good, service was crummy. We spent a lot of time waiting for our wait person to come by our table.

Really lovely experience. The atrium is decorated nicely, and the ambience, with soft piano music and quiet chatter, was great. The food was excellent, and so was the tea! Everything was yummy, and the waitstaff were very pleasant and helpful.

Reservation at 7 waited for 45 minutes never acknowledge us. Finally talked to a guy in the band and he acknowledged us standing. Sat us down and we were told they stopped serving food. Worst experience. Ruined our Valentine’s Day. And we had our 11 year old daughter who was very hungry. Weird how they charge you for the reservation if you are late but they can keep the customer waiting forever. Also went into the bar to order some drinks & it took 30 minutes. Such terrible service!
