   It was our 10 year anniversary! We had a wonderful dinner, and the service was good! A free anniversary dessert would’ve been ideal! The staff and atmosphere was fantastic. The filets were cooked to perfection and the buttermilk mashed potatoes were delicious. The bread and crackers and butter were also delicious! We had dinner at 19 on our 9 th and 10th anniversary so I’m sure we will be back next year if not before! ❤️

   We ordered steaks They melted in our mouth. The service was excellent. Out time at 19 was wonderful.

   Nice relaxing dinner after some gambling. Apps were wonderful. Steaks were perfectly prepared. Sides were perfect, and way more than enough for two. Service by Mandy and Joseph was A-1 and unobtrusive. Overall, a great dinner, and will come in again next visit!

   The food was good and as expected from a restaurant at a casino. The highlight was our service person, Emily. She was friendly as well as knowledgeable about the market priced seafood. She’s a gem!

   Crab cakes and truffle cream corn were great for me. Husband got the Friday night prime rib and mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese and shared with me and it was all great. Topped the night with creme brulee. Enjoyed a perfect lemon drop martini with the meal. Perfect from beginning to end.

   Price is equivalent to high end steakhouse Food quality is at Golden Corral level. Filet overdone and obviously warmed up, salad lettuce had seen better days disguised by drenching in salad dressing Beef Bourgione............tortolini was wamed over, there was little sauce beef was scanty and tough..........seemed like left over gristle left from trimmings. French Onion soup was good. Waitress was very pleasant. I think a burger from sports bar is a better option if you are staying at Belterra. I would not go here on a stand alone visit.

   Pleasant dining experience. Petite filet was tender, and seasoned perfectly. We were disappointed in the over baked baked potato and the lack of attention from our server. We were never offered refills on our beverages or our alcoholic drinks. Thankfully, our water was frequently topped off.

    19 really needs to step it up or just shut down. Their standards and quality are so low but their prices remain high. Used to be our favorite place but we haven’t been back for a while after the last few poor experiences. Disappointed again. Caeser salad was inedible with mayo laden bland dressing, I thought to be safe with the Beef bourguignon but it was dry and full of fatty meat and overcooked pasta lacking flavor. Husbands steak was good and the sides were good. Service was slow and the bread basket skimpy with butter too cold to spread. Our server and wait staff, although slow, was kind and accommodating which is the only improvement i believe since our last visit a couple years ago when I swore I would never return.
