   This is a great restaurant, and I would highly recommend it. We have been here many times before, and I am sure we will be back. I was disappointed that one of the steaks in our party was well undercooked, and when we brought it to the attention of our server, they refired it, but it still came out undercooked. Not wanting to be "a pain," the person in our party ate it. this is just not what I expect at this restaurant. Please understand that 3 of the four meals were cooked perfectly, and the sides were incredible. at another restaurant, I most likely would have expected an issue, but it was very surprising at this restaurant, where they have proven to have a very high level of quality.

   Always a good steakhouse experience. We started with the "Duck and Burrata" which was unique and delicious appetizer. Mains were filet mignon and veal chop. Both done perfectly with the 1700 preparation. Large wine list which is a bit pricey. Only comment on the cautious side is the kitchen can be heavy handed with sauces. We've decided from now on we're going to request all sauces on the side. Service was excellent.

   Been coming here for years. Twice a year. This one was my birthday visit. The food was so underwhelming that I cannot describe it more. And I had the porterhouse as a change from my usual tomahawk and it was not great. I’ve had better steaks at a chain restaurant.  this was a very disappointing visit. I don’t know what’s going on in that kitchen, but they need to figure it out.

   Food was excellent. Our waiter very attentive. The ambiance was equivalent to the price. I would recommend 1700 as a place for great food and a pleasant environment

   Servive as alway was out of this world. Steak was missing something this time not sure just not as good as usual.

    A good, solid steak meal. Setting is more of a hotel restaurant vibe as it is in the Hilton lobby. Friendly and efficient service with food not memorable but enjoyable.
